The two outcomes of the meeting are:

  1. agreed Review Statement
  2. agreed Targets for Development

Review Statement

The reviewees response to:
  • what "pleased" me about the data?
  • what "concerned" me about the data?
  • what "surprised" me about the data?

Targets for Development

Targets usually emerge from "concerns" and will often relate to the focus statement (but not always)

  1. description
  2. proposed steps for achievement with dates
  3. evidence of target achievement
  4. reviewees comment
  5. sign targets
  6. agree dates for next year
