For an "easy" option
then I would advise you to go to the UK "Time
Educational Supplement" and sign up for their free
weekly email list of jobs ... this is a great service where you can set
your own search criteria (e.g. 'International Schools
Asia') and the list of job vacancies will be emailed to you each
Friday when the paper version hits the newsstands.

I chaired a meeting in Second Life which
had 'recruitment' as the focus of discussion, one of the panel members
was a headteacher in an International School.
