Assessment results UK
The Data Collection Agency (DCA) is managed by the Qualifications and Curriculum Authority (QCA) on behalf of the DfES. The DCA collects data from the Key Stage 2 and 3 national curriculum test and teacher assessment results. The information is used for the publication of national and LEA level results, the school performance tables and school improvement information, such as benchmarking, target setting and value added measures, which is published in the Pupil Achievement Tracker (PAT) and on the Autumn Package website of pupil performance information. It is also passed to schools to enable them to inform parents of the results.

The School Information Partnership (USA)
The School Information Partnership is a public-private collaboration designed to empower parents, educators and policymakers to use the No Child Left Behind (NCLB) data to make informed decisions and improve school results. Standard & Poor's created the website which includes a suite of interactive analytical tools from Standard & Poor's School Evaluation Services and the National Center for Educational Accountability's Just for the Kids. For schools, districts and states across the nation, the website will display available data required to be publicly reported under NCLB.

Performance Assessment Reports
http://www.ofsted.gov.uk/public/summaries/pandainfo.htm
OFSTED’s Performance and Assessment Reports (PANDAs) are issued to schools in England annually as part of the Autumn Package. This year, PANDAs were issued late in March. The contents of each PANDA report are confidential between OFSTED, the school, and the LEA, although schools are free to disseminate the information as they see fit.
The reports give an overview of each school’s performance in relation to other schools using data from OFSTED, the Department for Education and Skills (DfES) and the Qualifications and Curriculum Authority (QCA). The reports are designed for use as a management tool to help schools in the development and implementation of plans to raise standards. They are not, however, part of the public reporting of schools’ performance.
