Homework calendars are used throughout the school year to provide a home-school link to the curriculum and to allow the students to practice newly learned skills at home. At the beginning of the year, the children are given a workbook in which to complete their homework.
Each month the students are given a new homework calendar to take home. They return their workbook with their completed homework at the end of the month. I check over their work and give them a sticker and the next month's homework calendar to take home.
