The eLearning Planning Guide
http://www.sofweb.vic.edu.au/lt/pguide/index.htm
The eLearning Planning Guide is a resource for school leadership teams and other key school personnel, who are:
- Expanding the use of eLearning within their school
- Consolidating the next phase of eLearning within their school
- Utilising ICT to drive school transformation.
Planning for the implementation and future enhancement of eLearning is a complex exercise, but one that can be achieved by following a logical process.
This Guide contains conceptual and background information, hints and tips for tasks in the planning process - as well as support items including case study examples, sample documents and links to other useful information.
There is no "right model" for eLearning. Every school community has different needs. The process of expanding or consolidating the use of eLearning can be thought of as movement along a continuum.
