Creating student accounts using one email account
Educators often don’t want their students to use their own email address for creating online accounts.
Unfortunately unique email addresses are important for password resets and deleting blogs.
The gmail+ method provides the solution! How it works is you create one gmail account for your class.

Creating Student Accounts Using One Gmail Account
When you set up blogs with multiple users the comment notifications are only sent to the email address that was used to set up the blog.
So if you’ve set up student blogs with your student’s email address using Edublogs Blog & User Creator feature comment notifications will be sent to your student. This is a problem if you wanted all comments sent to you for moderation.
Educators can use one Gmail account to set up student blogs or sign up for different online services using gmail’s support of plus addressing.
How this works is simple ...

Mailinator
http://mailinator.com/
Mailinator is a different kind of email service. The biggest difference is that you don't need to sign up.
Any email name you can think of already exists at Mailinator.com.
Want BrianTheSkink@mailinator.com? You got it. Want to be JacquesKooStow? ScaryGavyn? GraysonTheMason? No problem. They exist when you create them and they are just waiting for you to check your inbox.
Mailinator is fundamentally quite different from other services. Other services like Gmail or Yahoo allow you to actually send email.
You cannot send email from Mailinator.
After several hours, all email is auto-deleted. A Mailinator email inbox can be read by anyone. There is no real security here.
Mailinator has strict rules about what kind of email it receives. Plain text is best, html is filtered. Images, attachments, and fancy stuff are simply stripped away.
The upside is that Mailinator requires no sign-up. Send email to a name, and the account is created automagically.

At Google, we've worked hard to minimize the environmental impact of our services. In fact, to provide you with Google products for a month, our servers use less energy per user than leaving a light on for 3 hours. If you add in our renewable energy and offsets, our footprint is zero. And we continue to find new ways to reduce our impact even further. Learn more about our efforts below.
