Insworld Institute (sg)
http://www.insworldsch.com/
Since our founding in 2001, as Insworld School, our students have achieved excellent results in both the London Edexcel IGCSE and 'A' Level Programmes. This is reflected by the fact that many of our 'A' Level graduates have eventually gone on to enter leading universities in the UK, Singapore, USA, Australia, New Zealand and Canada.
Whilst we pride ourselves on our academic excellence, the Insworld advantage is not only about getting you high grades. For us, getting you to pass the exams is not enough. We put great value on developing your critical and creative thinking. The analytical and evaluative skills that you will develop are far more important to universities and employers, than the mere acquistion of knowledge. Whether you join us at age 12, 14 or 16, the Insworld advantage is built around catering for your individual needs. Our average class size of between 4-12 students ensures this. Small class sizes are well known to have many advantages over large ones, to the point where small average class size is a positive factor in college rankings.

The Anglo-Chinese School was founded on 1st March 1886 by Bishop William F Oldham. With a humble beginning of 13 pupils in a small shophouse at 70 Amoy Street.
In January 1992 the Anglo-Chinese School (Independent) made its big move to its new campus at Dover Road.

Others include "an Officer and Gentleman", "The Scholar-Soldier-Citizen" for all and "The Scholar-Officer-Statesman" for others. This is also in keeping with recent challenges like the need to produce leaders for both "Country and Church" and the embarking upon a "Programme for Pre-eminenece".
