http://ictconnection.moe.edu.sg/
The ICT Connection portal is set up to provide the direction at the start of the third [Singapore] Masterplan for ICT in Education journey (mp3), and will be a common reference point for different stakeholders.
The ICT Connection harvests best examples of the use of ICT that takes place in schools, including those that are based on Self-directed Learning (SDL) and Collaborative Learning (CoL). It aims to build up a repertoire of ICT tools and skills that can be used for classroom teaching. These demonstrate and enable the integration of ICT in curriculum, and could eventually lead to transformed pedagogical philosophy and practices.

We chat every tue 8-9pm SG time b4 #edchat.
Topics polled day before till 1 hr b4 session.
#edsg
#edsg was launched at the e-Fiesta in NIE on 15 February 2012 but it was conceived much earlier by two teachers @tucksoon and @shamsensei.
These two teachers had participated in the international #edchat but wanted something with local flavour and a more reasonable time to meet for 'live' chats. One Educamp, a conference presentation, and a sharing session at e-Fiesta later and #edsg was born.
#edsg is also used by other stakeholders who want to share information with educators in Singapore. But there is a faithful group that tunes in every Tuesday, 9 to 10pm (Singapore time, UTC+8) for topical chats.

Engaging IT Practices for Teachers in Singapore
The initial publication brought together various ways of integrating ICT into teaching and learning in the context of inter-disciplinary lessons, collaborative learning and process-based learning involving higher order thinking skills. The first issue also introduced the notion of a Community of Practice (CoP) as a platform for pooling of resources and sharing of good practices.
This second online issue, sought to develop the idea of a CoP further by gathering a group of teachers from across Singapore to contribute their ICT-infused lesson ideas.
The main menu is a nicely designed interactive virtual school building.
