Tokyo Children's Academy’s philosophy is to teach the children new information as they are ready for it.

The school is currently planning to apply for authorization to teach the IBO Primary Years Program.

Tsukuba International School (TIS) was founded in 1992 in response to the need for an English-based educational opportunity for students in the Tsukuba area. The primary objectives of TIS are: to provide an English-based education, to provide a well-planned curriculum of an international nature designed to encourage higher thinking and sequential learning, to provide a sound academic environment, to provide a safe and caring atmosphere, and to instill within students a sense of responsibility as citizens of the world.
Our curriculum was developed with a multi-national student body in mind. In addition to core subjects such as language arts, mathematics, science, and social studies, our program is enhanced by local professionals who have expertise in fields such as art, music, and Japanese language. Because of our location in Tsukuba Science City, TIS is able to provide students with unique learning opportunities.

Yokohama International School (jp)
http://www.yis.ac.jp/
Yokohama International School shares together with the International School in Geneva the distinction of being a pioneer in the field of international education. The two schools, founded within four days of each other in 1924, were the first to use the term ?nternational?in their names.
Although our academic programme has enabled our graduates to attend a number of the world? leading universities, YIS strives to create a happy balance between the academic and the non-academic, both of which, we feel, are equally important for an education to be complete.
