The Akshaya Patra Foundation is a Bangalore based NGO in India that was started in 2000. The Non Profit Foundation believes in providing unlimited food for children by implementing the Mid-Day Meal program for the underprivileged children studying in Government school and Government-aided school.
It is currently operating in Andhra Pradesh, Gujarat, Uttar Pradesh, Assam, Chhattisgarh, Odisha, Karnataka, Rajasthan and Tamilnadu.
Our Vision is to feed 5 million children by 2020.
