Engrish Favourites
http://www.engrish.com/
Engrish can be simply defined as the humorous English mistakes that appear in Japanese advertising and product design.
Engrish can be found all over the world, but the vast majority of the really funny and creative Engrish is from Japan. The webmaster has seen many examples of Engrish from around the world, but most are not fit for Engrish.com (ie ?they are not funny enough).
Please remember that the point of Engrish.com is to have fun with the Engrish phenomenon, not to make fun of (criticize/mock/ridicule) the people who made it. The webmaster has taken great pains not to point out the faults of others or have a discriminatory tone - just to have fun with the results.

Conversation Questions for the ESL/EFL Classroom
http://iteslj.org/questions/.
These are a large group of questions which you can use in your ESL conversation classes.
Some Ways to Use These Questions in the Classroom
- Print out the questions and let students work in pairs asking the questions alternately.
- Divide the questions into 2 pages, give half the questions to one student and half to another and let them work in pairs asking each other the questions. Students should be encouraged not to look at the other student's paper.
- In a small class, the teacher may want to use the questions to get a conversation going about a given topic. In this case, the students aren't given a copy of the questions.
