The ICT national curriculum (UK)
ICT is a statutory subject in the national curriculum at all key stages. It may be delivered either by discrete ICT lessons, cross-curricular teaching or a combination of both. It is also a requirement of the national curriculum that pupils are given opportunities to develop their ICT capability through the use of ICT tools in other subjects.
