- Designed to: help schools ICT technicians maintain the
Alice Library system (technical aspects only)
- Time: The course will be three hours 1:00pm to 4:00
- Date: It will held on Thursday 15th November 2001
- Numbers: a maximum of 12 people per session
- Structure: presentation and hands-on
- Venue: Sha
Tin College (KCR to Sha Tin then number 69K minibus straight
to the college or $20 taxi ride)
- Car Parking: sorry but there is no car parking (because
of construction works)
- Content: trouble shooting, recovery, how to identify
and access relevant files, escalation procedure with AfW Hong
Kong agents, AfW Utilities, use of 'password of the day', pitfalls.

- State: your school, name and which day you would prefer to attend.
- Cost: Free for ESF staff, others HK$250 per person
- Payment: a cheque payable to "The English Schools Foundation" should be sent to Chris Smith at the J.C.Sarah Roe Centre, 2A Tin Kowng Rd., Homantin, Kowloon, HK
- Oversubscription: in the case of oversubscription ESF
staff will be given priority, confirmation will be given on 1st
November or before if filled early, applications after that date
(from anyone) will only be accepted if places still available.
